Bring your damaged iPad to the Tech Office immediately. Our AppleCare+ Protection plan covers 2 instances of accidental damage to the device. Your will need to bring a check for $49 as insurance deductible for each incident in order to receive a replacement iPad device.
** Students must address accidental damage as it occurs. Damage that is not addressed (i.e. cracked screen that is not repaired) will be deemed willful negligence and will not be covered by the insurance. In those cases the student/family will be responsible for full replacement cost of the device.
